Welcome to our pediatric practice! We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your children. Our policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all our patients and their families. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our guidelines to help us serve you better.

Our Policies

Appointments & Scheduling

Scheduling: appointments can be requested online or by calling the office. Established families also have the ability to schedule through the patient portal.

Length of Visit: longer appointment times are intentionally scheduled to allow space for questions, education and shared decision making

Same day visits: same day or next day appointments are available for urgent illness or concerns.

Telehealth: telehealth is an option for families for select visit types when clinically appropriate.

Vaccines

Pinery Pediatrics strongly believes in the power of vaccines to protect children and communities. Pinery Pediatrics follows the evidence-based schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

While vaccines are strongly recommended, they are not required to establish care or continue care.

My goal is to provide research-based guidance, space for conversation, education and respectful partnership with every family, regardless of where they are in the vaccine decision making process.

After Hours

To make care easier for busy families, Pinery Pediatrics offers flexible scheduling.

Outside of regular office hours; early morning, evening and weekend appointments are available by request. Support does not end when the office closes.

For urgent concerns after hours, families have access to guidance through our on-call resources. For non-urgent questions, the patient portal is the best way to communicate.

Insurance, Billing & Fees

Pinery Pediatrics is actively establishing participation with most major insurance plans, please contact our office or submit a contact form with any questions regarding insurance coverage as it pertains to your family's plan.

Timeliness and Missed Appointments

Personalized, unrushed visits are an important part of the care. offered at Pinery Pediatrics, and arriving on time helps ensure each family receives the full attention and support they need.

When appointments are missed or significantly delayed, it becomes difficult to maintain this experience and limits availability for other families.
